Returns/Cancelations/Exchanges

  • If you would like to return your order, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase at support@averthread.com and include your order number and reason for the return.  Return the item in original packaging with the return slip provided by customer service to 12814 Cogburn Ave. San Antonio, TX. 78249.  Use a carrier that can provide a tracking number.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment when item is received.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Each item is printed when it’s ordered, therefore we ask that if you would like to cancel or edit your order it must be within 12 hours of placing your order.  Changes after 12 hours may result in a restocking fee.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase at support@averthread.com. Include your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
    The item must be returned in its original packaging with the return slip provided by customer service to 12814 Cogburn Ave., San Antonio, TX 78249.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking.
    Once we receive the returned item, the replacement will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email a picture with your order number to support@averthread.com and a customer service representative will contact you.

  • Any lost or damaged item must be replaced with the same style, color, and size.

  • Items cannot be returned if they have been washed or worn.

  • Shipping cost is tiered and ranges from: $5-$7. 

  • You will receive free shipping with orders over $75

  • Items will ship within 3 working days (Monday-Friday)

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • Orders ships via US Postal Service

  • Shipping time is between 2-5 days

  • Shipping and handling days exclude holidays.

  • We only ship to the continental United States (not to Hawaii or Alaska).

    *Please make sure the address you provide is correct.  We are not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address that was provided.
